General diet & lifestyle overview & discussion
Purchase Cleanse Smart by Renew Life at health food store of choice and begin
WEEK 2
Colonic session #2
Begin basic smoothie: water, fruit, greens powder, flax oil (protein powder optional)
Start taking probiotics daily for 6 weeks
Review diet/lifestyle modifications & progress
WEEK 3
Colonic session #3
Evaluate diet/lifestyle/smoothie effect on energy levels & overall well being
Add psyllium seed husks (1tsp) to smoothie & discuss fibre intake
WEEK 4
Colonic #4
Assess bowel function and regularity (are bowels moving daily?)
WEEK 5
Cleanse Smart kit completed
Continue with smoothie, diet & lifestyle modifications
Monitor bowel movements
WEEK 6
Colonic #5
Discussion of maintenance of bowel health
Evaluate regularity of bowel movements & determine if 6th colonic is necessary
